The Washburn Agency specializes in placing qualified domestic staff in the greater Boston area. We are a referral agency and never charge a fee to applicants. We have a number of positions available including, live-in, live-out, full-time and part-time. Many positions also offer health benefits, paid sick, holiday and vacation time. Nanny: Handles all tasks and care related to the children. Each applicant must have a high school diploma, three verifiable childcare references, a clean criminal and driving history and above all must love working with children. Must obtain certification in CPR and First Aid within the first month of employment.

Elder Care/Companion: Assist with daily tasks such as light cleaning, grocery shopping, bathing/dressing and meal preparation. Each applicant must have a high school diploma, three verifiable personal care references and a clean criminal and driving history. You must also be willing to obtain certification in CPR and First Aid within the first month of employment.

Housekeeper: Handles general cleaning, laundry, ironing etc. Each applicant must have at least two years of experience as a housekeeper, either in a corporate or private environment and a clean criminal history.

Personal Assistant: Assists employer with a broad range of services such as errands, communication, travel arrangements, odd jobs etc. Each applicant must have at least two years of experience as an assistant, either in a corporate or private environment and a clean criminal and driving history.

Personal Chef: Designs weekly menu, grocery shops and prepares meals either on a daily or weekly basis according to families preferences and diet. Each applicant must have a culinary degree, at least two years of experience as a chef, either in a corporate or private environment and a clean criminal history.
